About Yoga and Mindfulness for Cancer

When coping with a cancer diagnosis, Yoga and Mindfulness can become a supporting friend.

It can also be a driver for physical and mental strength when you need it most.

Cancer not only drains your strength, but it can also cause resistence and strain in the body intensified by fear, worry and stress.

Practising yoga while battling cancer, however, can give survivors back control of their body and their minds, helping them to cope.

Yoga for Cancer with Seer Wellbeing

Cancer treatments can be energy-sapping.

My yoga for cancer classes in North London are designed to offer relief and comfort through gentle poses and deep relaxation.

These poses stimulate the muscles and help increase blood flow, without demanding too much energy, while also stimulating healthy sleep patterns so your body can rest after treatment.
